NEW TECHNOLOGYDJI took notice of content creators' photos and videos, picking up on the popularity of dusk and dawn photos. Taking this information, they partnered with Hasselblad, reknowned for their superb quality and iconic images, the Mavic 2 Pro comes equipped with a new L1D-20c camera. With this specific camera attached, the Mavic 2 Pro can produce outstanding images at 20-megapixels with amazing colour detail through Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS) technology.

CMOS SENSORInside the camera is a 1-inch CMOS sensor, drawing in far more light than before, allowing for stunning dusk shots in lowlight. The ISO has been improved from 3200 on the Mavic Pro to 12800.

10-BIT, HDRThe Mavic 2 Pro shoots in 10-bit Dlog-M, so once you're done flying and capturing footage, whatever you captured on the drone is as flexible as possible in the post-processing and grading of your edit. With 10-bit, you get access to 1 billion colours, rather than the 16 million available in 8-bit.
HDR support comes to the Mavic 2 Pro, bringing accurate colours, increased contrast and brighter highlights. The Mavic 2 Pro can be plugged into your 4K TV or monitor to play footage with HDR enabled.

APERTUREHasselblad haven't skimped out on the features for the Mavic 2 Pro's camera. With all the above, the drone can now adjust the aperture (f/2.8-f/11), delivering image quality not found on a drone like this before. Low light and well lit environments are easy to adjust to, without having to compromise on what you want out of your footage.

GIMBALSThe Mavic 2 range features the same DJI technology you've come to know and rely on. The 3-axis gimbal that supports the camera ensures a smooth and stable operation when filming or taking photos, in any situation.

HYPERLAPSE AND HYPERLIGHTUtilising the Mavic 2's Task Library, you can set the drone to follow a certain path that will then take a series of photos in either JPEG or RAW (for more flexibility in post), which when edited together will produce timelapses that just can't be beat. Hyperlight is DJI's new feature that helps enhance images in lowlight with minimal noise.
